A lot of developments are happening in Africa with regards to the Annual Prayer Day happening on the 1st May 2003.
According to the convenors of the prayer meeting in Africa, about 10-17 other towns and cities and 12 other African countries joined the transformation process from mid August 2002 until January 2003.
One of the Coordinators for the Newlands, Cape Town-meeting, Reverend John Thomas, said that he had a meeting with the Minister of Communication, and that she said that she would negotiate with the SABC, to broadcast the Transformation Prayer-meetings on SABC Africa on the 1ste May 2003.
There will also be a live radio link-up between the different venues from 15H00-15H15 South African Standard Time, when the whole of Africa will united in one prayer.
